They should be avoiding the police, not walking into Nexus and kill everyone. The police should have tools that are more advanced then the majority of the criminal element. They should be a force to be feared, not mocked. To me it seems more like the police is desperate for action, considering the lack of events. Whenever there is the slightest report, or suspicion the police force scrambles. Besides, the map we are currently on is really small, doesn't help neither. It's a bit of a two way street. From what I saw out of these two:
RE: Adding new weapon to police armory - Daley - Jul 7, 2017 Rather make squad something regular officers unlock through training, or similar. Make swat something you equip at the locker, allowing to to go on duty/offduty as swat. Rather then fucking about in the nexus lobby. The police has a great amount of tools that they can use, while they should be able to equip more weapons, I do not think more need to be added to the police armory without a proper presidential income and expenditure system, allowing for that.(Jul 7, 2017, 08:58 AM)Oliver Burke Wrote: -Support The police force scrambles to everything since 99% of the time there is no organized dispatch system. Everyone ends up responding since no one is saying not to. The police aren't desperate for action (SWAT are usually). They just want a new tool that will help prevent them getting mowed down by 2 guys. RE: Adding new weapon to police armory - The Demonic Knight - Jul 8, 2017 how about giving cops access to better weapons, but at the same time increasing the costs slightly as $700 for a pistol, shotgun and first aid kit is extremely cheap RE: Adding new weapon to police armory - Soviethooves - Jul 8, 2017 (Jul 8, 2017, 04:36 AM)The Demonic Knight Wrote: how about giving cops access to better weapons, but at the same time increasing the costs slightly as $700 for a pistol, shotgun and first aid kit is extremely cheap It's cheap because it's equipment issued to them that will (hopefully) goto some sort of government budget system if that becomes a thing. RE: Adding new weapon to police armory - richie - Jul 8, 2017 a lit idea +support from papi RE: Adding new weapon to police armory - Oliver Burke - Jul 17, 2017 I don't see why everyone thinks police officers by themselves should be able to deal with 1 or multiple armed threats at any range? Thats what the swat should do not the police officers. RE: Adding new weapon to police armory - Project - Jul 17, 2017 Please give cops the option to store their shotgun or AR-15 along side this. Thats what the swat should do not the police officers. In the real world, American cops at least, are trained to deal with multiple armed suspects at one time. A full SWAT team is not always available. Not to mention SWAT is used for barricaded suspects, hostage negotiation, EOD, groups of shooters with heavy munitions, etc. RE: Adding new weapon to police armory - RageSquid - Jul 18, 2017 +Support For basically all +Support Reasons already stated by everyone, especially Toxic.
