FailRP - You just admitted I didn't failRP. You claim it was sourlemon. Make a PR for him if you believe this.
Metagaming - The rule is:
3.9 - Do not use information obtained by out-of-character means, in-character (Metagaming). Exception - you may use Teamspeak/Discord/similar as a radio, but only if it would make sense in-character (do not use it to bypass injury, FearRP, NLR, etc.).
We were using teamspeak as a radio. It makes sense in character.
Powergaming: 3.4 - Powergaming is not allowed. E.g do not write “/me pulls out a gun and shoots his opponent right in the head” when it hasn’t actually happened in the game. Instead of “/me kicks the man in the groin” use “/me attempts to kick the man in the groin” and let the other player decide the outcome; alternatively you can use /roll to decide the outcome. Other examples of powergaming – changing jobs just to buy something from the market for yourself, abusing the /demote command to get rid of a police officer holding you at gunpoint.
Nothing that happened was in violation of that rule. We aren't required to call the president or listen to you when we are in danger.
Also, why does it have to be sourlemon who made the PR? I had the footage and was involved, too.
Because he was the chief of the police. I dont understand the fact that if u had a gun on ur back you can easily switch to it by just rotating it (even in real life) so i dont think that was breaking of fearrp because i backed off when he said back off while aiming at me but i aimed back because he didnt want to talk. Besides you could've told me about the agent that he pulled a gun when i told the chief to have a word with him. I asked him politely at the beginning, but after he shouted on me i told him have a *fucking* word with him atleast to explain what exactly happened even if you or the chief were in danger, i just came to have a conversion with the chief to see if we can figure that out. But he replied with Get the *fuck* back of my face. That means he didnt want to talk to me especially when he aimed at me.

The only reason you posted this is because you are upset about being caught breaking rules. You pulled a gun on a cop while under fearrp and got shot, nothing else to it. Hunggames did nothing unreasonable and defended himself with lethal force from an armed suspect resisting arrest.
And of course i am upset because i got freaking banned for 3 weeks for an unfair reason.

Hi Estel,
Seeing as I reviewed the PR which you were punished under, and as you seem to be using the same evidence provided in the PR against you, I would have taken action if I had determined wrongdoing to come from Hungames, in this case I determined there to be none, as he was playing by the rules. Without turning this into an UBR, all I saw was wrongdoing from your side and from i dont have a name, hence why you were punished for it.
I won't be concluding this PR and instead leave this to Bambo to handle, however I hope this sheds some light on the decision process which led to why Hungames wasn't punished for your accusations of metagaming, FailRP and powergaming.

If someone switches from a gun to handcuffs/rope to detain you, FearRP still applies.
Now, in your initial post and your recent one you admitted, on your own that you had the weapons on your back.
Our rules touch upon that part in a detailed fashion as I've bolded above, you need to have it out and in your hands. Having it on your back does not count, as you taking a weapon from your back holster is slower than them having their weapons on safety or in their hands.

We have no rules stating that a Police Chief has to contact the director or the FBI. If you think it was misconduct on the Police's end, you have to deal with it in-character.

Third-party software can be used as a radio in situations where a radio could be used, if they were tied up or detained and were in no position to use the radio, that would be rule breaking.

That is not power gaming and them wanting to shoot you down at anytime sadly isn't backed by evidence and even then, jurisdictional conflicts like that should be dealt in-character. If they have a beef with you and it's apparent, a visit to the president is what should have been done.

I've stated above which aspect of FearRP breakage was broken, and it was admitted by you. I do not see anything wrong with the ban, as you yourself admitted to doing what was deemed breaking FearRP.
If nothing else is going to be added I'm going to be concluding this.
