If this could be part of a larger overhaul of actually having to bring a detained person to the jail cell they've been assigned to, that would be awesome and allow for much more extensive police RP rather than "do you have a gun?"
yes = shots and SWAT called.
no = magic teleportation stick sends them away.
Bump. As the GMC savana was recently added, i think it's time to add this to the police fleet.
Also, maybe do not publicise it as a paddy wagon only, but also as an utility/transport van for scenarios such as riots.

my opinion is: start with none, if people use it substantially as a patrol car or in other roles than prisoner/raid transport/item transport/riot control (checkpoints) it could be restricted.

I know we don't need more vehicles,
but honestly, a police van is the ONE thing we are lacking.
Police vans are possibly the most useful thing for RP, for transporting groups of officers, evidence, or prisoners.
