Needs to be a rule that teachers can not give a REP to another teacher, member of their clan or someone who is participating in their roleplay. If not it's just gonna be you scratch my back I scratch yours. They could just fabricate an RP in every category such as general, government and underground to get all the perks.
OT:
I personally believe this would help new players who can roleplay stay in the server due to their role play capabilities being recognized, it would also resolve the issue of people talking about how difficult it is to get REPs at the moment because teachers tend to be more engaged to roleplays which means they would be able to spot REP worthy roleplays easier than admins and moderators due to the fact the staff tend to be occupied with moderation/administration of the server to the point that they can not allocate enough time to find such roleplays.
(This is not an attempt to discredit the staff team but rather point out that their duties often make it difficult for them to spot REP worthy roleplays due to being occupied.)
