Suggestion for: Ingame
In detail, explain your suggestion: A countdown-function.
A player writes /countdown, eventually /countdown <1-10 or 60> and the server will do a countdown server-side, so everyone within speaking-radius has a synchonized countdown.
Why should this be implemented? This would be usefull in situtations where you've got to be synchronized with someone else. Let's say a SWAT-Raid, where the breacher counts down before he rams the door. Street-racing? Timing for a video/picture? Cops warning people with "You've got three seconds to step the fuck out!", who knows.
I look at this as something you might not need that much, but you'd love it when you actually need it.
