Suggestion:

Create custom speed limit sign entities [world props] that are placed around the map in various locations. They would be dynamic and change depending on the set speedlimit for that area. 

ie. The President would have an command:

          /speedlimit <city/industrial/outskirts> <20-90> 

Reason:

More realistic and can allow people to easily see speed limits for different parts of the map. New players will have no excuse to not know the speed limit.

Currently the fact that law speed limits are often different to sign speed limits can be very confusing to new players and generally doesn't make much sense.

My friend, if you have no seen a few of the custom LL props then have a look. This is Limelight, anything is possible.  Oh also he means a entity that has a model of a sign and text overlapping that changes depending on what the president has set it to.
