Suggestion:
The following is a suggestion that will, for the most part, fix the issue most players have with waiting for cool-down period while also maintaining the economical aspect of wait times. This perception that item value is increased when you buy it in larger quantities.
ie. Someone who invests in 500 Steroids to sell is going to spend 500/5 = 100 * 30 = 3000 additional seconds = 50 minutes. This person spends that 50 minutes for what? Waiting to spawn some steroids that he likely isn't going to be able to charge much more for? This entire process seems logical to some but to others it is a hassle and actually takes away from roleplay in a sense that running a business can become tedious when you are spending countless minutes that spent spawning items and waiting when you could be actually doing your job and roleplaying.
Solution:
There is a solution that allows for fairness but also makes sense. This update would ask that administrators have the ability to spawn things without cooldowns to be removed. While I loved that feature and understand why you all hang onto it, it is unfair and makes no sense whatsoever. There is no reason to have it. You cannot argue that donators should not have jail reductions yet argue that you should not have to give up your ability to not have cooldowns.
So, here it is.
SCHEMATICS.
A schematic system that allows you to purchase schematics that can alter the amount of items you purchase. Cool-down timers will remain, however the number of items you purchase can be changed depending on the schematic(s) you use.
For example, there could be three tiers of schematics. There are two ways we can go about doing this.
A) Having three schematics that cover ALL items.
B) Having three schematics PER item.
A - For example, in the Mixtures tab you would see a schematic for:
1. Wholesale Schematic (10) - $100,000
2. Wholesale Schematic (20) - $250,000
3. Wholesale Schematic (30) - $500,000
The prices of these are estimations but they would likely be very expensive if this way going to cover
all items and also if they were permanent.
B - For example, in the Mixtures tab you would see schematics for:
1. Steroids Wholesale Schematic (10) - $25,000
2. Steroids Wholesale Schematic (20) - $50,000
3. Steroids Wholesale Schematic (30) - $100,000
The prices of these are estimations and are reduced in price but still expensive. They are reduced in
price because of the fact that they only cover the item named, rather than all items.
