...Sunday, the 'International Consortium of Investigative Journalists' published 11.5 million files (2.6 terabytes worth) pertaining to shell accounts held by the Panamanian law-firm, Mossack-Foncesca. The reason this is such a big deal is a large amount of heads-of-state are mentioned to be holding and hiding money under shell accounts with this firm.

Of the many heavy hitters that are mentioned in the papers, Russian president Vladimir Putin is said to have and be connected to illegal shell accounts to hide money. The Kremlin has since passed this off as "a series of fibs".

This is a pretty big deal. It has already grown slight media coverage. However, do you think it will reach a global scale of coverage?
China already starting to cover it up, Only 200 files available to the public so far thanks to WikiLeaks, all the other files are with Journalists, China's already tried covering up, but it's already too big. UK Prime Minister wanted to remove encryption, now that this has been leaked he says it's a "private matter" once again a joke.
P.s I'm sure it's only 2.6TB not 8.6
And this people lead the world  Tongue

His family has been dodgy for a long time, off-shore companies and off-shore bank accounts and he even owns it directly.

He can't really be held accountable for what his parents and grandparents have done. He has paid tax on all earnings from the off-shore company set up by his father and when he sold his shares, he paid income tax on that too.

He doesn't own any off-shore companies and no longer has a stake in his late father's company.
Looks like the Clinton's used another firm for offshore, what a shame!

Yes, a gift from his mother.

He's not the only one to have done that. He's done nothing illegal.
