Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.>: In-game

In detail, explain your suggestion: 3 ideas: (so far)

1. Move the lockers to a more convenient place (E.G. The back wall next to the elevators on the ground floor).

2. Make it possible to steal from the lockers, like government vehicles, in order to gain their supplies.

3. Instead of it being a fee to the individual, tie it in with taxes. For example, the president can allocate more or less money from taxes to the police force in order for them to have access to better equipment (since half the taxes currently go into limbo anyway, and 3/4s if the president isn't donator). The amount he allocates can then vary depending on how much he takes for himself, and how high he makes the tax, if the amount of money going into the government reaches past a certain threshold for each item, it unlocks for gov. members.
(Similar to Nevy's suggestion a while ago)
Edit: Could also unlock weapon mod kits depending on how much money is going into the government. (Or for an extra fee if this part of the suggestion isn't accepted)

Edit 2:
4. Have the AWM come with the scopes kit, otherwise there's not much point in it being available.

Why should this be implemented?: Adds diversity to the new, basic system.

Nerf weapon locker ASAP
Suggestion 1: -Support as you wouldn't want weaponry to be located in an area so easily accessible by the general public (a few steps within trespass zone without any built security dupes)
Suggestion 2: +Support but only if Suggestion 1 is not implemented. Otherwise -Support
Suggestion 3: EDIT: Misunderstanding. +Support if the president must decide between a good salary for himself vs good supplies for the police force.
EDIT2: Suggestion 4: +Support.
1: This is easy to do so if there's enough support for any particular location it can be done straight away.

2: This is in the works, but in a more interesting manner than simply lockpicking.

3: We're considering this, but first we want to see how the lockers are balanced. Unfortunately, we thought that if it was directly tied to taxes, taxes would always shoot straight to maximum.

4: Done

The same thing applies now, what's to stop the president from making the taxes high so he can get more bank? The answer is public opinion. If the president is liked by everyone, the government won't need the heavier weaponry to stop aggressors.
How about a mix? If taxes are at maximum then equipment is cheap, but if it's at minimum then expect a SWAT loadout to cost at least thrice as much. This still allows for well-equipped government forces with moderate taxes, but they have to work to stay alive and make their investment worthwhile.
