For times when there seems to be noone on the server who wants to play Paramedic, police officers should have a hands option (or a secondary item) That preforms CPR on an unconscious person. But we don't want to make Paramedic useless, so making cpr take a certain amount of time, say, 30-45 seconds compared to the defib which is near instant. CPR should only be used when paramedics are to busy, none are on, or it eases the job up for the paramedic and there are muliple down.
