No, I don't go to the gym.
Gym? Is that a new update?

Used to go and had good body , now? fuck hell no , u dont need gym to have good body , go run on streets everyday and train in home and i got the same effect as on gym , without paying , and like burnett said , always have 2 days for rest the muscles and body , otherwise you will destroy your muscles and the performance , for a starter your goal should be now - stamina , later when u got it , then u go to body fitness or what u want

As Rock said, buying a set of dumbells and a bench can get you really far. You can do pretty much everything you do in the gym at home, without having to pay for it either. Using dumbells or bodyweight for every excercise will also increase your overall stability and strength more than a preset machine.
Just make sure you're using the right amount of weight and reps to feel the burn.

I used to, but I've been lacking very badly. I need to start going again.
I'd hit the gym usually 4 times a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

What do you guys focus on ? 2-slit or 3-split programs ?`

Ill do 2-split my self, i really think its a good way of getting strong muscle mass and focus on a particular muscle group.
