SOOOOOO, I've been going to the gym for about 4 months, and been every day (Pretty much, except Sundays)and working extremely hard to build my body.

I Was wondering who else goes to the gym?
I go to the gym when opportunity presents itself, but not religiously.
No membership or anything basically just when my schedule is clear
and someone else is going or I'm already at the mall (Where it's at)

I should really go more though.
Every day bro I'm getting ripped I can bench 420 and squat my pickup truck
Not as much as I'd like to, though I live in a great part of the country and I get to go out for running and/or swimming on a daily basis.
Lifting free weights is great, but recently I've been doing more martial arts so I've been in the weights section a little less. It's great exercise and weights are one of the best things you can do to build a healthy body; just be careful about injuries if you're training 6 days a week, most weightlifting routines either have a 3-day or 5-day split.

Depends on whether or not you're isolating muscle groups. You could work on your quads and calves on monday, chest and shoulders on tuesday, traps and lats on wednesday, abs on thursday, etcetera.

Working on the same muscles every day will destroy them more than increase their size and strength, yeah.
i go round jim's place everyday... (Lol)

My schedule is: Monday Back Shoulders. Tuesday: Cardio 12 miles cycle. Wednesday: Chest and arms thursday: Cardio: Cycle 12 miles Friday: Legs Saturday: Boxing
Gym is all fun and games until you pull a muscle on leg day, Never go to hard at leg day!
I lift weights and jog 3 times a week. Its a great form of meditation for me .

Its important to remember thats only half the battle. The other is nutrition.

Proper Nutrition is the hidden key to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
I just got into the gym again, can anyone reccomend a good routine for a complete noob?
Starting Strength (look it up) is generally the most recommended routine, and for good reason. It focuses on a few heavy compound exercises, mainly squats, deadlifts, press, and bench. It has a little accessory work also. It's definitely one of the best starting routines for fast muscle gain. Just make sure you learn how to do each exercise safely with good form.
As you are newbie I would advice you any decent full body routine. It's not really good when you just do the exercises, which somebody told you to do. It's important to educate yourself about the basics.
Starting strength covers the basics extremely well. It teaches you about some of the most important basic compound lifts, while steering clear of Olympic lifts, which have a high risk of injury for the untrained, and avoids isolation lifts such as curls, which are an extremely overrated exercise. A lot of people try to learn on their own and end up picking up stupid habits from watching others in the gym, rather than going with very highly rated and successful routines such as Starting Strength.
