Title: New Suggestion Sub-forums

Description:
Add the following sub-forums to the main Suggestions forums:

-Characters/Playermodels:
As the name suggests, people could post suggestions such as new playermodels, updated hands, new bodygroup systems and anything playermodel related here.

-Jobs:
New jobs. Pretty self-explanatory.

-Vehicles
Once again, self-explanatory.

-New scripts, mechanics
People could suggest new scripts and game mechanics (e.g. car test-driving; new shop system etc.) here.

-New models/props
Suggestions like my "New RP Props" thread

-Others
Anything that doesn't fit into the others. For example: new materials.

Why:
People could look for things that they're interested in. For example car-enthusiasts, like "Auston" can browse the "Vehicles" part if they want to look for new cars or suggest their own ideas or people who have cool ideas for new mechanics can do the same thing in the "New scripts, mechanics" sub-forum.

Also, this would make the Suggestions forums more organized.

Completed, vehicle suggestions have been added. The other suggestions should remain as part of the main section.
