Two US service members have successfully stopped a supposed terrorist attack in a train.

The suspect was heard loading an AK47 in the trains bathroom, the brave men overmanned the islamist successfully hindering the massacre.

Good on these two men for doing this!
woah it's like that battlefield 3 mission but not shit
Hope those whom injured have a speedy and safe recovery. As for the attacker, I hope he rots in jail.
If u guys would actually read the story you've noticed it were 3 guys that stopped them,

1 Air force trainee,
1 Civilian
1 Off duty guard.

Good job to those who've encoutered action and responded immediatly.

They're Islamist and take Islam to the extreme. Psychopaths more like; using Islam as a scapegoat for those reasons.

A huge thanks to the 3 individuals involved with stopping this attack, definitely heros in my eyes.

Muslims aren't terrorists, but most terrorists are extremists Islamists. Don't deny this. This guy had been in Syria and supposedly had ISIS connections.

He didn't have any ISIL (Islamic States of Iraq and the Levant) connections. He's a lonewolf, did you not even see the supporting articles?

It's actually called IS now, Islamic State. They're in both Iraq and Syria, so tell me, what was he doing in Syria if he wasn't planning to do terrorist acts in Europe?

"The train was heading to Paris when the attack occurred. France has been the site of several lone-wolf terror attacks this year, including the killing of 17 people in Paris in attacks on a satiric magazine and a kosher store."

"A lone wolf or lone-wolf terrorist (also called a "stray dog") is someone who commits violent acts in support of some group, movement, or ideology, but who does so alone, outside of any command structure and without material assistance from any group." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lone_wolf_(terrorism)
>but who does so alone, outside of any command structure and without material assistance from any group

So you're disapproving your own point really. If he was a lone wolf, why would he go to Syria? And where would he get an AK47 from? This guy obviously is connected to a bigger network of terrorists in the middle east
