Title: Law Search

Description:
Be able to search the laws tab.

Why:
It would make it a lot easier for players to find laws and also helps
in revealing whether the arresting officer is making up laws or not.

PS: Why this function hasn't been added yet is beyond me.

The current state of an extensive law tab is just unmanageable.

There should be a search in every tab, not just laws- Market and Rules especially.

Already implemented in the new F1 menu (coming soon, no ETA, but soon)
