In detail, explain your suggestion:When you steal from a car (like a police cruiser), there is a chance of triggering the car alarm.

Why should this be implemented?

Adds additional risk to stealing from a car.

Prevents that people steal from cop cars infront of the nexus, or nearby a police officer.
