In detail, explain your suggestion:

Unbanning the pi_boat prop from models/props/de_piranesi/pi_boat.mdl.

Why should this be implemented?

Basically, I don't see a reason why it is banned, and I found good RP uses for it, for example, doing a game warden RP, patrolling the waters and regulating fishing. It enables RP, and if there is a reason it is banned, I don't know it. Plus, it is a good looking boat rather than the one that is a broken down canoe.
