Suggestion: Turn down the music volume on the start up screen.
In detail, explain your suggestion: Turn it down? It is way to loud!
Why should this be implemented? It can sometimes stop new members from joining as they don't want to have to listen to the loud music.

+Support, although you can mute it by tabbing out and turning it down from there in your volume mixer.

I know, and I do. But for the ones who cannot tab out when joining, this suggestion is for them.
An updated loading screen has been created and it just waiting for implementation.
Moved to approved until implemented.

For some reason, my volume mixer crashes whilst in a GMod loading screen. It's very odd.
