Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.> In-game

In detail, explain your suggestion: A new command called '/passlist'. When typing /passlist it will print out everyone with a pass and the type in the player's chat. Maybe government only?

Why should this be implemented? It would be much easier for the (vice)president (or anyone else for that matter) to see who has a pass and how many people are carrying one.

The pass system definitely needs expanding somewhat, and this is a great start. +support.
