Suggestion for Gamemode

In detail, explain your suggestion: I propose that we introduce a few measures to increase the realism of our current Inventory system. Firstly I propose that ARC Bank in added to the server. (Link Here)

ARC Bank is a money storing system which boasts many interesting features. Firstly money stored in ARC Bank can have interest placed onto it an intensive to place money in the bank. Different account levels offer different interest rates.

ARC Bank allows group accounts to be set up offering clans a way of sharing funds between members, permissions on how can access the money is set-up by the clan leader / group account creator.

ARC Bank is easy to add into any gamemode and shouldn't take too much coding.

A pin machine comes with the addon and allows players to transfer money to one another by a pin machine. This would be ideal for store RP.

Offers an ATM hacking option, although I'm not a fan of it there could be some potential for it.

I would also like to see that money kept on your person, drops on death or is lost upon death, this way there is a reason to store money in the bank and you don't see people carrying thousands of dollars on their person.

Why should this be implemented?

These two systems would vastly change the gamemode for the better, it would require players to think do I really need these weapons / cash on me in fear of losing it. We would see less people pulling guns in situations where their character e.g. a citizen wouldn't have access to such weaponry. E.g. pulling assault rifles out of nowhere to be used for a few minutes.

I want a system like World of Warcrafts guild system and banking system, if you can replicate that I'm happy.
Player banking system, clan banking system(money and items)

Think of this scenario:

Player A buys 100k worth of weapons from player B.

Player A must make his way back to the bank to store items

Player B kills player A, and now has the 100k and the weapons back

Player A was not recording, and has no proof of this happening.

Or this scenario:

Player A buys 100k of weapons from Player B

Player A must drive back to the bank to store his items

Halfway back to the bank, Player C, obnoxious lambo driver, speeds around the corner and crashes directly into the car of Player A, killing both of them and dropping all their items.

Player D, with 0 hours, picks up this 100k worth of weapons.

Player A now has lost 100k

Player D goes on an RDMing rampage with the 100k of weapons he just picked up.

+Support we need the ARC Banking system obviously soul was too tight for that…
Could have a 'shared' inventory system, rather than a bank. It (in my mind anyway) doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to code, as it'd be practically the same as inventory, but with a shared database between clan members.

Cars, Suits and other Misc items wouldn't drop on death

Even then I could see the item drop thing being more an annoyance rather then a benefit.

Not really. And even if you were RDM'd you could post a refund request or contact an administrator.
