But /pm does have it's OOC uses to make it quicker to respond to things, i.e. Staff responding to those making @ calls, and teachers answering /help questions.

I think that PM could stay and this could be an optional use only, you can buy it from the market for a cheap price or they could remove PM and you would have to buy a phone to PM please. +/- Support, mixed decisions.
If this were to be added, PM would be made into an OOC only chat.
