Explain your suggestion, in detail:
- A hint when facing any purchasable properties stating that it can be done through pressing the 'F2' button.
- A hint when facing any owned property doors regarding locking, and confirming if it's unlocked/locked.
- A hint when facing the petrol and repair pumps at both Inner & Outer City BPs respectively.
- A resupply hint when facing government lockers and vehicles as a gov employee.
- A clarification of non-purchaseable properties, such as government ones.
- A meth hints to assist in the complicated process as much as possible.
- A few hints for assisting during weed farming (drug pots + UV light).
- And lastly, some hints for NPC Tyrone and NPC Stormzy as well.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
First of all, I'd like to thank ‍ and the entire Development Team once again for this amazing quality-of-life update. I believe implementing this suggestion would make it even better and make newcomers more aware of what they can do in-game. I've encountered many newer players who are unaware of this, asking me how to buy a property or resupply, and this would prevent that. Meth is also very complicated, so this would make it slightly easier.

- A hint when facing the petrol and repair pumps at both Inner & Outer City BPs respectively. I've added a trial version, but I'm not a fan of Inner City BP. We may revert this and try again later.
- A resupply hint when facing government lockers and vehicles as a gov employee. Added for lockers. We can't really do this for vehicles currently as the vehicle resupplyability isn't stored on the vehicles, ditto for resupply crates.
- A clarification of non-purchaseable properties, such as government ones. Done.
- A meth hints to assist in the complicated process as much as possible. I thought there were already ingame hints for meth? If I've misremembered that please yell at me
- A few hints for assisting during weed farming (drug pots + UV light). I haven't done this yet
- And lastly, some hints for NPC Tyrone and NPC Stormzy as well. Done
