Add CSI uniform to clothing store


Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
I think detctive running around with white jumpsuit is little out of place. Adding CSI suit for store would allow detective to use normal uniform or suit for normal stuff and change it to protective gear before he goes to investigate bodies. 

Maybe dont even allow detective kit to be used without protective gear?
