Explain your suggestion, in detail:

Give players the ability to try to revive another injured player using /cpr.
If another player has a minor injury, another player could have a 20% probability every 2 min to revive the injured player using /cpr while looking at them. To not alleviate the need for EMS/FD to respond, revived players would have only 20% of their health every time they are revived using CPR, can be healed to 50% using regular medkits and healthkits, and need a heavy medkit to get back to full health, same as a heavy injury.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:

Being injured during rp's sucks. This would help in situations where EMS/FD is offline or just unavailable and alleviate staff's need to revive players.
Thank you for your suggestion, Chang Lee Sun!

It will take a while for it to be reviewed by our staff-members.
Meanwhile, expect some nice feedback from our community.
It depends.

For light injuries, like being hit by a vehicle or stabbed with a knife maybe, yeah it makes sense.

If I fill someone full with bullets, no way CPR is helping. They're too far gone.

+supp with the above in mind.
Pushing for Staff Review.

Rather than a command, it would be better imo to implement this directly into the fists - much like how the pushing feature now works when aiming at a living player with fists, if you aim at a dead player with fists it would prompt you to start CPR. I think there would be too many commands if it were just to be implemented as a command

Additionally, the feature could be fleshed out, like the cooking skill to include a medical skill which when levelled up has a slightly higher percentage of giving successful CPR - although I think it should still be low overall so as to not make EMS/FD obsolete.
