Explain your suggestion, in detail: With the addition of the personal home and super chargers, I feel that the super chargers should charge users a fee to use them. The charger should either charge the user a small fee approx $50 every tick or calculate how much its charged the vehicle then charge them once they drive off. This fee would then be paid to the owner of said charger.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Superchargers IRL cost money to use so this would make it worthwhile spending $250k on an item that has very little use other than adding addtional charging points for your dupes.
Thank you for your suggestion, John Jong!

As per the opening of the largest supercharger hub in Evocity, we placed a temporary closure on existing chargers that were located outside AMPM due to the relocation across the street at the prior Burger King site. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. - Tesla
What about if someone steals a car and parks it on a charger to make me pay shit loads of money

Perhaps it should be a turn-on thing?
Interacting with it will turn it on charging to the player who activated it until the car is moved.
+Support as long as the cost is less than fossil fuels to use

When you try to charge an electric car that ain’t yours it instantly drains the battery and doesn’t charge it so it won’t charge yoy
