Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Allow players to purchase the whole Apartment Block, Empire Hotel and Motel (when no other residents own any properties within).
OR
Allow staff to increase players' property limits (By @ request)
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
I had an interesting idea of purchasing the whole apartment block, decking them out in some nice homes for people to rent, etc however housing management is hard to do solo. Of course, the true knee reaction is to get other people involved in your roleplay - But I think for this type of thing it is a bit more complex. You wouldn't go to the pool boy and ask for them to grant access to a property, I also believe that sometimes, too many people are involved in a business as low maintenance as it is can cause some clashing issues.
This issue is only specifically for:
If you allow players to purchase the whole of these buildings will allow them to be managed more easily for businesses to be formed. The more simple and staff-required involvement would be to allow Staff to increase property limits of specific players for that playtime.
