Explain your suggestion, in detail: Replace Fire Extinguisher with a fire hose
Explain why your suggestion should be implemented:
It just looks better using a hose to fight the big scary orange burny things unlike the fire extinguisher which just looks weird.
Maybe also add fire hydrants that fire engines can hook up to for refilling their water tank?

Why not have both? Perhaps make the extinguisher purchasable through market + a FD locker
