Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Re-enable the Chef Job, making the 'High-End' Ingredients to be sold by Chefs.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
I have spent much of my time deciding how to bring the job back without revoking the ability for players to gain Cooking XP or lose access to cooking while a Chef is active. While I like the advancements in players being able to craft, make and sell their items - I still think having some merchant jobs is good interactive roleplay and player-unique roles. I have a set of ideas which are going to be displayed across multiple suggestions due to the differences between them.

For Part 2, I have proposed the idea of introducing a small barrier to get players to purchase high-end ingredients from the chef to make their food much like receiving black market or medical-related equipment from Black Market Dealers or Doctors to use with Meth or Labs.

What would I identify as high-end ingredients?
The list right now is small, but if updates occur which increase the cooking level or add additional skills the ingredients could be added to the list.
- Magical Ingredient
- Uncooked Steak (Possibly, but could interrupt level gain)
