Explain your suggestion, in detail: Nerf the loot of the lockers to and then have it get better the more players (or cops) are online.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Currently with 4 people on the server I can get the same loot with almost 0 danger than if I was looting it when the server has 30 people on. This rewards do it when the server pop is low. The reward should match the risk.
