suggestion:

make welding to cars accessible to all jobs (with players with the 25 rep count)

why:

i feel like it hinders me slighty,

if i want to weld a box to my pickup truck i have to be a mechanic
if i want to make one of my goofy shitbox trabants for my character to drive, i have to be a mechanic
if i want to weld misc props to my car to make the car have a unique feel i have to be a mechanic

theres so many more i can think of but thats a few examples
