Explain your suggestion, in detail: so we have submatrial  tool but always when i change somthing on my rolls royce i need to ask admin to change it but if i put my car away  i wont come back when i spawn it agaian 

Explain why the suggestion should be implementedo i we want car with windown tint  or somthing els that mechanic cant  do  then we can ask a admin or mod  to change it and then can save it on our cars so it spawns how we like it to have more diffrent looks to car  all cars   so  there is almost no car looking the same they only can change the  colour of the car

Providing realism is somewhat taken into account for edits and feature is tied down to mechanics that have access to a vehicle (Via F2) to still create a need for a mechanic to do the modification i dont see why not.

FL has this feature limited to staff, we could do better with mechanic access like vadar stated. Maybe tie it into the rep system aswell.

+Support make it save when storing your car and give mechanics access either as standard or ~5 REPs with the same way welding works which requires F2 access.
