What is your idea?:
Missions to sell weed, usually just deliveries but others could be added too.
How this works
- You approach Stormzy and ask to sell your weed, giving him how much you want to sell at a time
- Stormzy then gives you the location of a mission vehicle, that contains the weed you just gave him.
- This vehicle is required to use for dropping off the weed, as it has it in the boot.
- You must then drive the vehicle to a semi-distant location from where it was spawned, and drop the weed off.
- You cannot sell the weed if a cop is nearby, however they can see you attempt the sale.
- If you are caught selling the weed, assuming that it is illegal at the time, the cop can arrest you and get a bonus for destroying your weed.
- Other criminals can steal your vehicle and take the product to the location assuming they already know where it is
- The vehicle you get depends on how much you sell. If you're selling only 25 weed, you'll end up with something like a Dodge Monaco, whereas someone who sells 300+ weed would be dealing with multiple delivery trucks full of their weed.
But why?:
For numerous reasons really.
Risk;
As it stands, weed isn't really risky. You sit in a room all day, coming back every 10 minutes for a check up, before going back to watching a video or whatever after harvesting weed. There are rarely raids and you don't even lose what you harvested if you're caught. Adding this mechanic would mean that you would need to be concerned about who knew what you were up to when you were selling (loose lips sink ships) and also how you behave when selling. A traffic stop could turn into a lot of lost money if they search you.
Fun;
As I said before, the current system isn't really fun for most people. There's no risk, you have no variety to what you do, and most of the time the only way to get any action is to start a chase and lead them back to your place for a shootout. This system would mean that people would need to team up more (interaction!) and band together to make sure they don't get fucked over. For players who are smart, they can make quick and dirty money by robbing players who are delivering the weed, although it comes at a risk of high police attention and also getting a whole gang on your ass for the trouble.
Decisions;
You have to make a choice with this system. Do you sell all at once and hope that you don't get caught, or do you sell in chunks and take up a large amount of your time doing so? These decisions mean that different playstyles have to be considered, and different players will choose different strats.
