On a more serious note, there are only two genders IMO. You can either be born a Male with a penis, or female with a vagina. You can transition if you wish, but you cannot be born as neither Male nor female, it has to be one of them. Unless you have a medical condition (forgot the name) in which you look like a female, have a female body etc. But instead of ovaries you have testicles which never drop. But even then you are still male even with the female characteristics

I swear someone makes this thread every year and it turns into a big debate about penises and vaginas, and how hes male and female and one identifies as an attack helicopter

There are people born without either, a much easier way to put it would be "Excluding rare genetic mutations, every person is born with either XX (female) chromosomes or XY (male) chromosomes"
