Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Delete the Volvo S60R and refund any owners of it.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
The S60R currently accounts for 0.25% (a quarter of a percent) of vehicle use, it's basically unused.
Reduces unused content, either reducing load times, client memory use or opening up space for different vehicles / content.

It's already gone. However, I still have one in my inventory and try to use it every so often in hopes it'll work.

yeah it is still in the inventory if you have one, but it doesnt allow you to use it
