Explain your suggestion, in detail:
As with the 2011 civilian vic, the taxi uses a very old model, replace this with the current police model (1998) to allow the old taxi model to be deleted.

Reducing content size, which either allows new additions or reduces load times.

Yeah, just have one universal Crown Vic, anything to reduce download times/make room for new content
