HWAT: Add custom horn sounds to the marketplace under vehicle supplies. Using these on a vehicle will override the default HOOONK that occurs when you honk.
WHY: Currently every vehicle has the same horn. This will allow folks to have a little bit of customization fun with their cars so they can stand out from the crowd.
Possible horn noises:
Dixie Horn (General Lee horn)
La Cucaracha
Various Honks
Cop Horn
Truck Air Horn

btw, the general lee horn is already in the game, just not enabled. You can find it in the Limelight blob sound files.

Oh yeah, there is more than that too. I've been playing around with sound emitters, and even had a dixie horn emitter welded to my car, but then I realized that unless someone was within hearing range of the sound emitter when it was spawned, they won't hear it.
Then the lightbulb came on...
More customization for ones cars is always good!

It also still features a bunch of sirens that don't sound like the worst in the world and aren't added to Photon yet. Hope they'll get to that at some point too.
