Explain your suggestion, in detail: Change the current input-based law system for President, to a document (basically the concept of the /note we have) type where you can write freely, maybe with some basic editing features, or just plain and simple text. It should be added with a search feature. A lot like the typical MS Word, or Google Docs.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Our current system serves it's purpose, but it's laggy, hard to use and I feel it is outdated. Now while a Text Document is probably even more basic, it allows more freedom to use and might make creating laws that just more easy to understand, and to use. It could be added with some editing features (e.g. Bold, Size). A Search Feature for this is paramount to find such word and skip through all other laws you don't require at that time.

While basic, it:
- I suppose, conceptually, it allows more freedom to add laws in a different style and a blank document can facilitate that, where as the current system is rather restrictive.
- Mitigates, as much as possible, those who write complex law by a search feature, or system alike.
- Is easier to use, and lag is mitigated when adding or removing laws.
- Is less tedious than our current system, where inserting and adding laws is time consuming due to fact that you have to press insert for each law and other functions.
