Explain your suggestion, in detail: Add a section on the PoliceDB to enable officers to type out notes or details on a person or vehicle that will be saved.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: This enhances roleplay for the police when doing a traffic stop or searching up a person or vehicle and allows other officers to look at notes put down by an officer.
+Support. It could actually enhance Police RP

Would be helpful.

Sounds like it'd only enhance PoliceRP so I don't see a downside to implementing this.

Would the notes be permanent, per session, or per life?

I'd say permanent like the warrants i think are like that (correct if im wrong) per life or per session could be exploited

Imo, per session or per life would be better. You are worried about be dying or reconnecting. What about the officers that minge and put stuff in there that makes the person seem bad? How to combat this? I think it would be fair to do per session or per life.

Imagine adding a rule to stop this, Or imagine other Officers just removing it and demoting the guy who minged

That could be easily sorted through the police chief just like arrests are.
Maybe the highest ranking officer should approve the notes to be added?
+support, perhaps the Chief should have access to edit notes.. just in the case that someone does write a bunch of stuff in the notes for the wrong reasons.
