Explain your suggestion, in detail: I think there should be a way to make 911 anonymously/encrypted. E.g. Call when masked or have a separate command.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: It makes life much more exciting and realistic.  I think this would be widely used and helpful
Erm.. You do know if you call with a mask on it appears as ###<ID> ### so it is anonymous.

I asked Decay like minutes before posting it and he said it doesn't...

Bare in mind this is a conditional support I'm doing if this suggestion isn't already something that's in place. If it's not, then I don't see why it shouldn't be added since wearing a mask anonymises pretty much everything else.

I forgot that wearing a mask suddenly makes your phone number different.

i mean from Limelights knowledge, yes wearing a mask suddenly does make your phone number anonymous as from experiance when i called 911 masked it doesnt show my IC name it shows show as ###<ID>###

Wow! Learn something everyday. I might start wearing a mask to change my phone number - no need for spoofing anymore

+support Providing it is a command, but it should not depend on whether or not you are wearing a mask.
Maybe add a burner phone item that allows you to make anonymous 911 calls?

Oooh yes, burner phone as like a portable payphone, and also add the option to make 911 and Request calls from payphones as well.

Just spitballing ideas about the burner here:

Have the burner assigned a random number so people can call it back, and so multiple calls can be linked to it. Maybe even go so far as to have an audible noise when called back, so that if for example the police have a suspect in custody for threats or something, and he has a phone on him, they call back the number making the threats and can link it to him? Or the boring route and give the phone number when searched.

Would it be like a SWEP? You equip it, and when you have it in your hands your PMs/requests/911 go through it, but go through the normal channels when not holding it (even if equipped).

What about holstering it? Maybe have them not be holster-able once used, since who would to keep a "hot" phone. Also would prevent abuse from someone using and holstering and using to keep the number changed around for free.
Maybe have limited uses on a burner phone, like 30 calls or something? SIM cards run out
