Explain your suggestion, in detail: Creating the ability to issue warrant on a property directly, this will most likely be via policedb for easy of use, but will prob have alternatives

• getting a warrant on a property will give you all search rights of the owner
  
• any keypads etc inside of property area will be included in search warrant regardless of owner
  

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: 
This will allow for better planing of raids and less messing about with warrants in the middle of a gun fight
