Idea: Remove the ability to have blue lights and sirens on the Armoured Sprinter without an Emergency Services pass
Why?: It is currently a loophole to having to get a pass like you would for any other vehicle. You can just slap on lightbar whenever, which makes it far too attractive to criminals as an easy "Police Impersonator" RP. I don't get why this vehicle should be any different from any other when it comes to lights and sirens.
+Support,
Don't know why this is not like the other ones to be honest.
Is it possible to make it spawn with amber lights and add blue with a LEO pass?

Who knows, might be different this time.
Part of the reason is that it was lightly used then. However now almost any sensible criminal takes one for their normal use vehicle. I think I see them a lot more these days as opposed to release where everyone thought “what’s the point if it doesn’t prevent FearRP?”

The van has blue light body groups anyways so it could be misidentified as a PD vehicle anyways. Also, the vehicle opens up some pretty cool RP opportunities for police impersonation, etc.
I +support this, although the impact would be minor. Yet I don't see a reason to have it on this car on default, when every other doesn't.
+support, but there should be a way for criminals to attach temporary blue lights for police impersonation should this change take place.
Make it a single use item that is stealable from a police car. "Stolen Police Light". Give police a method to remove them. Make them uncommon, but not rare on the % chart, since they are consumable. This way when you remove the feature, there is still an open method for criminals to pull off an impersonation. Just make them earn it. Subsequently, you could also either make a crafting recipe for them or have the BMD sell them, I suggest a moderate-high price to deter every criminal from doing it right off the bat, but crime organizations could easily have stockpiles of stolen police equipment on hand in a reasonable sense.
+Support on the choice of able of spawning it with amber lights
-Support on not spawning it with blue lights without LEO Pass because there may be Roleplays like Police Impersonator ones or a few that require ELS and Sirens and don't need to be a cop

Following this pattern, every single vehicle should spawn with ELS in order not to block "impersonator RP". Why should this vehicle have ELS by default but all the others don't.
