Cops detaining someone looks normal.

I can't find a rule that states as Criminals I have to give someone an opportunity to review a warrant? Seeing as we didn't have one because we're criminals that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

In regards to the first point, how long would have been long enough? I would have been able to kill him as soon as he didn't comply but not molotov his store?

Considering I could have just shot him for breaking FearRP, I don't see how me molotoving his store is an issue.

If me killing someone as opposed to molotoving a store and NOT harming his character by doing so is preferred then I'm more than happy to take that route in the future, as a HR ruling would allow me to do so. I took what I thought would give the biggest opportunity for RP to continue, rather than killing him and bringing an end to any criminal RP that could occur.

You were killed after we molotoved your store, after you continued to break FearRP.

I did fearRP only once on that time! and if you think i was fearRP'ing when u asked to open the door than its wrong. when u said unlock the door zaidplays was already opening the door and when zaidplays got in the door closed and than i opened the door. and like i said. i apologise for that fearRP. i always break rules when other do or piss me off.

And i also said, if someone else broke rules i will break rules. and that is a valid reason?

1) as i said, "Before the video started" he asked you multiple times

2) If you think somebody has broken a Rule, you either contact staff in-game via @ or you make a PR. Not break rules yourself, that isn't a valid reason.

Afternoon guys and girls, so Stell, Overlewd and myself have all been looking into this player report. There has been a fair amount of discussion to decide if you guys did actually break any rules. From where I have seen it, you haven't however you're very close to the rule boundary. Personally, the over aggressive behaviour from you guys wasn't needed at that early stage in the roleplay. However, I wouldn't say it technically broke the rules, maybe touching FailRP but that is it. 

Secondly, the fearRP of the person making the PR is against the rules. Take this as a warning and if I see you breaking the rules you will be punished.
