Summary: well, i was raided befor by them for no reason but i dont have that on camera but they did it again and now i have it on camera.

so i was just working in my gunshop. there was no pres. and no laws.
they were comming in. exploding anything, and they had no valid reason.

there was someone else but couldnt get his name.

Prior to that footage I asked you to unlock your door multiple times while you were under gunpoint. You refused.

There was a staff member on at the time unsure why no @ call was made?

I know you are all in stolen cop uniforms but I need you all to explain to me why the store was molotoved and breached? As to me and the staff team at this moment in time, it looks like you are targeting passive RPs.

We wanted to get him behind the counter so that we could have a more "In-depth" conversation about how the "Police Department" could protect him and his property. Having seen his attitude and demeanor he didn't appear to be very afraid so we decided to send him a message in the form of a Molotov.

After getting the all clear that no one was watching the store a Molotov was thrown to ensure his compliance when we revisited his store.

Upon some members of the staff team having a discussion, we came to the conclusion that you are in breach of 3.1 and 3.3

There was no valid reasoning for the Molotov to have been thrown into the shop, as there was no interaction saying that the protection money was for fire protection.

There was no reasoning for the wall to have been breached by Zaid either at the time.

Nor was there a reasoning behind puf taking Kent hostage (I know this was attempted but this point still stands)

As for the killing at the end that's understandable due to Kent failing to follow fearRP which will be dealt with at a later date.

Also, upon looking through the logs the situation seemed to be bigger than what we can currently see in the video and will be investigated later on tomorrow.

sorry for that but i always break fearRP when i get pretty pissed and when someone is breaking the rule what will do an effect on me. i apologise for that.

After me getting over to that other side i don't recall me seeing a, another keypad or maybe i was just in a hurry hence the fact i breached it, also during this time it was already moltoved so either way the fence or whatever prop was there would have vanished.

Edit: Also as force said he was given multiple chances to open the door which he refused too.

lies. cuz if u watch the replay the doors were still on the door frame and a alarm of a car started so i was gonna chek that out and when i came back there were like 6 people in my store. (i was 30 sec. away).

you guys didnt lockpicked cuz it begain so fast. lockpicking takes 10-20 seconds to unlock it. I was even standing outside while my door was open.

also i was NOT under gunpoint cuz i was not even at my shop. stop giving lies.

Here's footage of me asking you to unlock your door while you were under gunpoint. As you can also see, we did want to use handcuff to detain him to reinforce the stolen uniforms we were wearing but Pufitee was unable to equip handcuffs due to a weapons blacklist. (Bug? Seems weird he can use a hostage rope but not handcuffs)

He wasn't being detained to hostage him, the idea for detaining him was to ensure that we looked official, should anyone question our actions.

Also, seeing as he broke FearRP ‍ I could have just killed him right then. I decided it would be better to Molotov the store, finish up with a warning and revisit at a later date, offering him "Police Protection" once more. If he hadn't of continued to break FearRP outside then a decent RP could have developed.

Also, is there any particular reason you didn't include my asking you to open the door in your footage? I can understand that perhaps you didn't record it but unless someone Men In Blacked you and wiped your memory I don't see how you can forget that I asked at all as you clearly deny me even asking you to open the door, which we can see from the video evidence clearly happened.

Also ‍ I'm slightly confused about how you came to the conclusion that you did. I can't find a single rule that states you have to be explicit in your threats.

3.1 - Your character needs to have a valid in-character reason for their actions, especially ones that harm or otherwise affect other players. The action needs to be appropriate to the reason e.g massacring the entire police force is not an appropriate response to being hit with a baton by a single corrupt officer.

(The In character reason was that we we're operating as the Givens Family, disguised as police officers to facilitate a protection racket where by a person paying us money, we do not assault, burn, or otherwise harm/destroy them/their property, this is basically the stereotype of how this kind of thing is done.)

His refusal to cooperate forced our hand and an example was made, had he not broken FearRP during this entire situation this is what could have happened:

1. He would have been escorted behind the counter where the offer would be discussed, where he would refuse or accept the offer, should he have refused then eventually standard goon tactics would have been enacted, smashing windows, property, then returning to him to act like "Man, we heard what happened, shame about it and all, our offer still stands" and if he did, then he is left alone, if he didn't, then the process repeats itself until he does, or we get caught.

The action taken was very much appropriate and in line with the RP going on. It was the RP going on and was the course of action I thought would have the best ability to continue the RP at a later date.

3.3 - Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP). Think of reasons for your actions and what you do and ask yourself if it’s realistic – e.g running around the city punching everyone as the President is FailRP. This also applies to unrealistic buildings out of context.

(Our actions taken we're within the context of the situation, a crime family disguised as government officials attempting to extort a member of the public, such actions are also well within the realm of reality, as such actions as disguising yourself as a member of the police to commit a crime was literally the basis of the Valentines Day Massacre)

This was where two men dressed as police officers with Tommy guns in hand with two plainclothes men walked down the street with no one really noticing they weren't really on police business due to their uniforms, into a car garage, and shot every single rival gang member, then walked right back out with the plainclothes guy "in cuffs" to make it seem like they we're arresting him.

They we're never caught.

Again: Had FearRP not been broken and forced our hand, he wouldn't have been shot, and his store at that moment would not have been molotoved, breached or otherwise harmed.)
