Summary: User is accused of breaking the following rules:
3.3 - Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP). Think of reasons for your actions and what you do and ask yourself if it’s realistic – e.g running around the city punching everyone as the President is FailRP. This also applies to unrealistic buildings out of context -
1. (Force got demoted from his SWAT job but was still sitting in his SWAT Van, therefore still able to drive it) User drove around in his indestructible van and kept crashing into police vehicles.
2. User drove a swat van as a citizen. Instead of storing the van, he decided to drive around the city and cause havoc (most likely with the "citizen" job title).
13.5 - Do not commit a crime with the sole intent of getting into a chase and/or firefight with the police. - User kept crashing into police vehicles, therefor committing a crime with the sole intent of getting into a chase.

Sorry for this amount of videos. But they're all very small.
Awaiting input from the accused.
Also after looking into the logs I'd like to have the view of Nemesis.
After being demoted inside of an armored vehicle, without notification or discussion with the Police Chief, I decided to use the equipment to seek revenge on the PD for the, in my opinion, unlawful demotion.
Staff were online during the ordeal and it did continue for around 40 minutes after you disconnected without a single staff member reaching out to me.
My job title was set to an appropriate one during the situation and seeing as how you CAN ram users out of a SWAT van with an ASP baton it's not exactly an impossibility to get me out of it.
As for the claims that it breaks rule 3.3, I can find numerous examples of people a) Stealing armoured vehicles and going on a rampage and b) Taking stole vehicles while being entrusted with them.
I think at the end of the day, you should have ensured I was outside of the vehicle before you basically informed me that I had lost my job. There's a reason companies tend to take away employees access to dangerous and harmful systems before they tell them they're being fired.

-Involved- As I joined later and he was rampaging through the city (while I was SWAT).
So yeah, he was constantly taunting the PD, when the officers gave up he constantly came back into the city, broke all traffic rules to get back into a chase.
A while later (as nobody was following him) there was a call at lake, so I went up there in my SWAT van, suddenly I spot the Van as he turns around and stops almost infront of me, using the manual siren to taunt me (after that point, the SWAT Van disappeared).

The demotion was valid. You arrested a citizen for making an advert as a TAC officer. I've told you several times not to arrest him and to stay at the base. Even as you started "chasing" the suspect I told you several times in the radio to turn your ELS off and to return to the PD. You ignored those commands. Then you proceeded to arrest a citizen infront of me, despite me saying multiple times to release the citizen. TL;DR - You failed to listen to a direct command by a supervisor multiple times, arrested a citizen for a silly and stupid reason as a TAC officer despite being told not to do so.

Welker was the only staff member online. I even made an and asked if Welker is there in order to avoid a PR. Unfortunately Welker was afk at that time (as stated by him in OOC before).
My job title was set to an appropriate one during the situation and seeing as how you CAN ram users out of a SWAT van with an ASP baton it's not exactly an impossibility to get me out of it.
You can clearly see in the provided evidence that you drove extremely reckless and fast for such a van. There was no way for us to get you out of the van with a ram.
As for the claims that it breaks rule 3.3, I can find numerous examples of people a) Stealing armoured vehicles and going on a rampage and b) Taking stole vehicles while being entrusted with them.
You can not lockpick a SWAT van. You've crashed into several police vehicles just to cause havoc or as stated by you to "revenge an invalid demotion". I should ask you why you did not even try to contact me after the demotion, but instead DIRECTLY started to crash into police cars and citizen vehicles.
I think at the end of the day, you should have ensured I was outside of the vehicle before you basically informed me that I had lost my job. There's a reason companies tend to take away employees access to dangerous and harmful systems before they tell them they're being fired.

I don't really see how this is defending you or is in any kind valid to the case, but aight. You're an ex-teacher with 1200 hours. I just couldn't think of you to stay in the van after the demotion to drive circles in the city for 40 minutes (as stated by you) to ram every single vehicle away and cause absolute chaos in the entire city area for a valid demotion.

I've d/c after some time as I knew it was pointless to even try and stop him.
He also kept spamming his whattheactualfuck-siren in the provided evidence.
It's extremely hard to put a SWAT van away when it tops out at 30mph, and the police are chasing the SWAT van for about 20 minutes straight. They tried multiple times to put it away at Blu Cinema but as there were cops constantly behind them, they couldn't.
You could've easily stopped the SWAT van with a bit of coordination and blocking the vehicle in and then using the ASP baton to get them out of the vehicle, but hey ho..
(I was involved in the pursuit, before you start saying I wasn't).

Oh yeah, sorry for starting a pursuit after you have managed to destroy half the city with an indestructable van. Just because police tried and failed to stop you/them, doesn't negate the fact that he broke the rules by doing what he did in the first place. Otherwise I can go around and kill 100 people and be like "well, the police could have killed me, so I didn't break the rules. Police just failed to kill me xd omegalul".

See above.
(I was involved in the pursuit, before you start saying I wasn't). - You were driving the reventon I guess.
It's not the point of how he could've been stopped. It's about WHY he did this.
That you're able to kill someone in the SWAT Van by using the ASP Baton is not a feature. It's a bug. When not even bullets can stop it, why can a baton? Doesn't make any sense. So in terms of realism and roleplay, it's just natural that they didn't use the baton.
In fact, I'm almost certain that, if they'd used the baton to kill the driver, they would've been reported for "abusing a bug". But that's just my thought at this point.
- Why did you continue and didn't only put the lives of other officers in danger but also the lives of citizen?
, you're not able to kill people with an ASP baton in the SWAT van? I meant you can right click and it will eject them out of the vehicle, like it would with any other vehicle (and that's a feature, not a bug).
It's a feature:

I continued because I was not only being pursued, but also shot at. No attempt was made by the PD to communicate with me aside from shooting at my vehicle. I felt scared for my life and that my best course of action was to remain inside of the vehicle.

You're speaking about the
ram I guess?
It does not work on a moving vehicle. But as mentioned before, that is not really the topic.
No, for the third time, I am talking about the ASP baton. Read the bug report ForceGhost posted a link to. As well as that, using the ASP baton to eject someone does work on a moving vehicle.

/pm force "Please stop your instructable anti-fearRP machine because I say so" ?
The mistake is on your side. Instead of contacting me about the demotion, you directly started a mission of chaos. Of course some police officers will try to fire at the vehicle. But that did not happen in the first 5-10 minutes of your havoc where I was still present (something which is in no way threatening to you as you're sitting in a bulletproof bearcat).
As a citizen, you simply should've pulled over.
Nvm, forget what I said above then.
But as I said, this part didn't matter in the first place.
In the videos shown, there is nobody shooting at you. You were taunting the police. Even to a point, where they couldn't even bothered anymore (seen Nudel and another police vehicle not paying attention to you anymore). Yet you continued your rampage.
