Add Support for The arrowboard to the 1986 chevy silverado & 1981 Ford f150

Reason:
Recently Red &blue/Amber Warning Light support was added for the Truck and this would be a Welcomed Addition.

Details:
more RP use for the truck as a Mechanic to direct traffic around a broke down vehicle.
useful for RoadWork RP to Direct Traffic.
