Explain your suggestion, in detail: Add the fine speed addon which allows you to adjust your walking speed to walk anywhere from a normal jogging speed or a painfully slow crawl, this option is on a slider activated by holding ALT and using your scroll wheel so how slow you want to go is up to you. Has hud customization and is compatible with Prone Mod. Try out the addon yourself!

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:A bit of variety and realism. Potential RP implications, whether its an injury or otherwise.
+Support Not only will I not have to hold ALT anymore, RP potential like Welker said!

It's a Client Side addon, there is no need to add him to collection.

It does state that however it doesn't work when its client only. It does work when it is added to the collection, though. Not entirely sure why that is.

Even so, its an addon that is 0.002mb in size and for that reason alone I don't see why it shouldn't be added for those who don't even know the addon exists even if it did work as a client addon

You shouldn't force players to download a client side addon. New player's knowledge can be limited about the addon, and she/he won't know it works on other servers too.

It would automatically download when you join and it is 0.002mbs in size, what's the problem?
Approved.
