Explain your suggestion, in detail: Add the following Message Board to the server.

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
It helps to improve roleplay for the government, roadside workers, etc, by allowing them to put up more detailed information signs. The current one which can be spawned as a prop is very limited as it only has premade messages.

iirc someone had suggested that this was what they wanted to make it do at some point, if it good with our gamemode/development then thats going to be a fat +support for me

Very useful prop, but currently only comes with a preloaded text on it sadly enough. This could definitely help a lot with checkpoints and on-the-go changes to (road) incidents/situations that people need to be notified of.
