Explain your suggestion, in detail: Have a entity similar to ID terminal, used as social network for both marketing and or socialising, overall "internet" in rockford that everyone could acess, no REP restrictions are needed

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: I think its pretty self explanatory, but this could pretty much replace people using public adverts as social media and acctualy adding social media within limelight, plus could be used for clan threads, governmental statements, stale adverts, as opposing to re-adverting something in a row, you could just put a advert there to stay untill removed by you or untill you leave, making a thread should be free, marketing advertivesments as well as social as shown in reference picture, feel free to suggest more features

Maybe if they added PCmod it wouldn't be needed though

So a chatbox? 
- The devs would likely need to think of some kind of spam protection, or a character limit. 
- Would a notification sound coming from the entity itself be viable?
- It would definitely allow for some kind of enhancing to internet cafe RPs.
- Can you buy your own laptop or would you have to use laptops already in the world?
- When you say advertisements, do you mean like pinned messages that stay at the top of the screen? Perhaps you pay $X per minute?
- I don't think it's a candidate for replacing /advert. Adverts are there for everyone to view with ease, instead of having to go to an internet cafe or purchase a laptop. Players would need to be on the actual laptop to see the adverts. How many adverts do we have on the screen? How do we prioritise adverts, which are at the top and which are at the bottom?

I think it's a bit of a reach. Don't think it would work too well, might be a waste of time developing it for such a very little use. I suggested a /tweet command for purposes of chatting IC without using advert, but that was denied.

:This is not ment to act as advert replacer and its not even ment to be one, its a social network, advertivesments would naturally appear there as they do in real life.

Vguis can be hefty on performance and limelight already has performance issues, i suggest the simple UI we have at ID terminal as im guessing its way easier for performance as its client-side viewing, the screen would only change Skin bodygroup upon opening so i dont think no big toll would be taken on that feature

Im only suggesting a pin message system, yours has alot more features to implement, what im im suggesting is seemingly easier, as well as judging by the date of the thread that suggestion isnt seeing a day of implementation soon

As i said previously, this would be easier to implement than the previous suggestion from 2016, if LimeOS ever gets implemented im all for to replace my suggestion completely
