Explain your suggestion, in detail: change the background image of forums daily/hourly or so

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: looking at a picture of a deceased body on a criminal scene isnt something you'd want to look at every day you want to check the forums, the idea is to circle different community subbmited backgrounds as its happening on llive server's loading screen

It's going to be changed from the ones that got selected in the screenshot competition, was going to for a while but there were issues with my time.
