Idea: Change the ECM jammer model from a stick to something more realistic, even if it is a walkie talkie.
Why: since when does someone whacking you with a big fat ended stick that looks a lot like a 1ft dildo release you from jail?

Gonna make a suggestion to change that when I brainstorm a new model for it.

Can't get the name right now but there's a handheld radio in the GTA V packs, gimme a few hours to get the specific name cause I've got school soon
